Our Diet Options

how is your meal plan calculated

First we work out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) which tells us how many calories you require on a daily basis. This is based on factors including age, height, weight, gender, activity level and body fat percentage. We collect all this information when you join up and use a unique formula that I believe to be the most accurate way of working out your requirements. Once your TDEE is calculated, we then design a meal plan where your calories are in either a calorie deficit to lose fat or a calorie surplus to gain muscle.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE GYM ACCESS
Choose to have your program designed for the gym or home (including body weight only training). Only have limited time to train? You can choose from 3-6 days and how long you have available for each session. All you need is 30-60 Min. We design the program to fit YOUR schedule, YOUR lifestyle and will update it to suit you whenever life changes.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have choose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • A the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
